For over 20 years, Orletta has served in some capacity in the non-profit arena from Parent Group Activities to Non-Profit Board Member to Executive Director. It has been her endeavor to make sure any organization she was associated; run in administrative excellence. This is the genesis of Beyond Existing Enterprises.
Orletta is a native of Detroit, Michigan. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor's in Public Affairs in 1991, and received her Master's in Management from Cardinal Stritch University in 1994. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Administration with a specialization in Non-Profit Management at Walden University.
